A very comfortable place to stay! A lovely living and dining room and a well-stocked kitchen downstairs, and three nice bedrooms upstairs. The stairs might be tough for some, but worth the climb. Good mattresses, lots of pillows and comforters, and the heat worked great on a very cold Christmas weekend. We didn't use the technology beyond wifi (which was good), but a lot was available. Ike's directions and instructions were clear, and everything in the kitchen was very well labeled and easy to find. All in all, a very nice place and we will be back.

I stayed with my family over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was everything we expected. Felt like I was home. Host was responsive if I needed to reach him for any reason. We would stay here again next year!

Ike’s place was perfect for my father’s retirement boys weekend! The location couldn’t have been better—easy access to DCA, Commanders Stadium, and all of DC’s main attractions. There were plenty of great shops and restaurants just a short walk away, which made the stay even more convenient.
The space itself was exactly as advertised—perfectly sized, clean, and stocked with everything you might need. Check-out was a breeze too; we really appreciated not having a long list of chores before leaving.
Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Staying at Ike’s residence was very comforting and easy to find! It was pretty quiet and not too far from the Navy Yard and Downtown DC area. Getting in was also very easy. Would definitely stay again !

I was worried about parking but just like the host said there's always parking which we appreciate. home was clean, easy entry and we had everything we needed. the only thing is the stairs are very narrow and I could see how it could not be elderly friendly.. over all it worked for us. thank you

Location, location, location. This was an amazing stay right in the heart of DC. Easy to walk to the Mall, museums, galleries (but DC blocks are long - so be ready to really walk a lot. LOL!). Such a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Ike was a terrific communicator - one of the best of hosts I've had for communication. He provided information ahead of time for us to enjoy the city and checked in with us to ensure we were having a good stay. What a gem of a location - so close to all that we wanted to visit.
